I'm Michelle.

I help ADHDers get out of emotional overwhelm to live a more rich and meaningful life.

I BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF SHARING OUR STORIES

So, here's a piece of mine: I've walked the unpredictable path of emotional dysregulation, hand in hand with ADHD. Yep, I know what it's like to ride the rollercoaster ride of intense emotions, the impulsive decisions, and the feeling that sometimes my emotions were driving the bus..

I SPENT MOST OF MY LIFE NOT KNOWING...
 

I grew up convinced that I was different.  It seemed like I felt things deeper than most.  I had days where I couldn't stand being in my own skin.  I hated social interactions because it all felt like too much.  Before I really understood ADHD and the emotional impact it can have, I was frequently caught in a whirlwind of emotions, never quite sure when the next gust would hit. That was my world. ADHD and emotional dysregulation were my daily companions, making each day an unpredictable adventure.

The Turning Point?

ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT

So, here's the silver lining: I found my way out of the emotional storm, and it's my passion to help you do the same. The magic wand? ADHD and Acceptance and Commitment Coaching. This combined approach helped me develop ways of taking more effective action in my life by learning to respond more mindfully and skillfully to my difficult thoughts and emotions.  What has this done for me? It allowed me to rewrite my emotional story and helped me to finally stop being tossed around by my emotions.

 I am a Certified ADHD Life Coach trained through the International ADHD Coach Training Center, an ICF Accredited Institution.  I have extensively studied Acceptance and Commitment Coaching and have several ACT certifications under my belt.  I am a Certified Executive Function Coach and I have over 14 years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals of all ages. More importantly, I'm committed to your success, and our coaching partnership will always be driven by your unique goals, values, and aspirations.

I have a terrible fear of flying in planes even though I have a best friend that's a pilot. I even once flew in the back of a tiny airplane while she practiced stalling the airplane!

I love to laugh and am a big kid at heart but I also love to have the deep conversations and dig into what makes people tick.  

I know every song by heart from the Broadway musical Jesus Christ Superstar. Weird and random, I know,  but man do I love a good musical!

I'm in love with British TV and am intent on retiring to Cornwall, England because of the show, Doc Martin.  Cheesy?  Yep!  But, have you seen the place? Gah!

So, if you're thinking we should get to know each other better,
