DO YOUR INTENSE EMOTIONS LEAVE YOU FEELING LIKE THERE IS SOMETHING FUNDAMENTALLY WRONG WITH YOU?
Friend, you are not alone! Before I knew I had ADHD and before I had even heard of Rejection Sensitivity (RSD), I walked through my world feeling absolutely broken. I can’t count how many times the overwhelming feelings of shame, guilt and embarassment washed over me and consumed my every thought. I would regularly find myself unable to function when the feelings became too much. I couldn’t focus, I wasn’t productive. I was lost in a sea of intense emotion.
This was my reality...
until I learned about my ADHD diagnosis and Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD). Once I knew about these two things, my world suddenly made sense. The puzzle pieces fell into place. Once I understood that I wasn’t broken, I could find a way to break the cycle.

I SPENT MOST OF MY LIFE NOT KNOWING...
I grew up convinced that I was different. It seemed like I felt things deeper than most. I had days where I couldn't stand being in my own skin. I hated social interactions because it all felt like too much. Before I really understood ADHD and the emotional impact it can have, I was frequently caught in a whirlwind of emotions, never quite sure when the next gust would hit. That was my world. ADHD and emotional dysregulation were my daily companions, making each day an unpredictable and anxiety ridden. It was exhausting!
I KNEW SOMETHING HAD TO CHANGE
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Do you regularly experience heightened emotions, from intense joy to overwhelming frustration, without apparent triggers?
Do you struggle to express emotions appropriately, resulting in misunderstandings and strained relationships?
Do you constantly worry about being rejected or criticized, even in seemingly low-risk social situations?
WHAT IF I TOLD YOU THERE WAS A BETTER WAY?
What if I told you that you weren’t broken? What if I told you that there was a way to manage your intense emotions and reactions in a way that feels empowering? What if I told you that you can find peace and calm in a seemingly chaotic emotional experience?
Imagine what it would be like to experience an intense emotion and ride the wave like a BOSS?
