Are you ready for a more personalized experience?

Ready to roll up your sleeves and dive deep into your own unique ADHD story?

YOU'RE TIRED OF THE RELENTLESS ADHD CYCLE...

You wake up with the best intentions, but by the end of the day, it feels like you’ve accomplished nothing.  Staying on task feels like an impossible task, and your mind is always buzzing with a thousand thoughts. It seems like no one really gets what you’re going through, and it’s exhausting to explain. And to top it off, the impulsivity and emotional ups and downs leave you feeling like one moment you’re on top of the world, and the next, any small setback can send you spiraling.

IT'S ALL BECOMING TOO MUCH AND YOU'RE READY FOR A NEW APPROACH

IT'S TIME TO FIND YOUR OWN UNIQUE WAY OF SHOWING UP IN THE WORLD.

Whether you've been diagnosed with ADHD or you're feeling a little bit "ADHD-ish," getting a handle on your emotions and impulsivity, understanding how to manage your brain's unique way of managing the world and learning how to thrive begins with embracing your unique approach to tasks, emotions and life's challenges.

Here's the deal...

ADHD IS A PART OF WHO YOU ARE. YOU NEED TO FIND A WAY TO TURN YOUR ADHD CHALLENGES INTO STRENGTHS.

Society wants you to fit inside the box of 'normal' (whatever that is!). Society wants you to be 'productive'. Society tells you that you just need the right planner so that you can get stuff done. Society will tell you that you can't express your emotions and that you should just 'suck it up'. There's a lot that society tells you and expects from you. It's like asking a square peg to fit into a round hole. And, guess what? Fitting in is not what it's cracked up to be.

Here's the truth...

I've been where you are. I can't count how much money, time and mental space I have spent on trying to 'fix' myself; to help me feel less like the weird one in the room.  I was desperate to change myself so that I wasn't 'too much' for people.  I wanted someone to fix my 'broken' self.  I've lost count of the money I have spent on planners, apps and more just so that I could 'fit in' and be 'normal'.  All the while, I walked through the world feeling utterly broken.

But the truth was, I wasn't broken.  I had ADHD and had been living with RSD and emotional dysregulation for a very long time.  Once I knew this, I knew the fruitless efforts to make it all go away had to come to a stop.  I had to start treating myself with compassion.  Once I started doing that, my whole life changed.

You can experience this too.

It's time to break down barriers, and equip you with practical tools to embrace your own unique ADHD story and emotional landscape.

Got Questions?

  • Do I need to have ADHD or a diagnosis to work with you?
The short answer is no, you don't have to have an official ADHD diagnosis to benefit from working with a Coach. Many individuals seek coaching for various reasons: Some may suspect they have ADHD or have a loved one who suspects it. Others have tried various methods to manage ADHD on their own without sustainable success and are tired of feeling stagnant. Some may be feeling overwhelmed and at a breaking point, urgently seeking change in their lives. Parents or guardians may seek support for themselves or their child. Individuals may have a diagnosis, but it might not be ADHD. Some have self-diagnosed after researching ADHD or through observing a loved one's diagnostic journey. Those who are managing their ADHD effectively may want to level up their personal development with the support of ADHD coaching.
  • Do you only work with ADHDers with emotional dysregulation or RSD?
I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of challenges related to ADHD, including but not limited to emotional dysregulation and Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). Whether you are struggling with time management, organization, focus, goal setting, relationships, or any other aspect influenced by ADHD, I am here to provide support tailored to your unique needs and goals. Ultimately, my focus is always on helping clients develop strategies to manage their symptoms, improve their quality of life, and achieve personal growth and fulfillment no matter what challenges they bring to our coaching sessions.
  • What happens during our coaching sessions?
Coaching is a process of making changes where I will support you in staying focused on your goals. There doesn’t need to be intense effort to create noticeable results. Come with something you would like coaching on to each session, I will follow your lead as we explore your obstacles and create new strategies.
  • How long does coaching take?
The duration of coaching depends upon individual needs. Most of my clients work with me from 3-6 months. That time frame will allow us to establish a solid foundation, thoroughly identify your challenges and strengths, design and practice new strategies and habits, experience progress and create lasting change. My goal is to empower you.
  • Why do I have to apply?
I ask my clients to submit an application because this helps me gain a better understanding of your specific needs, goals, and challenges. By filling out an application, you can provide detailed information about your specific ADHD symptoms, current struggles, and desired outcomes. This lets me assess whether my coaching style and expertise aligns with the your needs and helps me determine if we might be a good fit.
  • Are payment plans available?
Payment plans are available for my 3-month and 6-month packages. For my 3-month package, you can choose to pay in full or over two or three equal payments. For my 6-month package you can choose to pay in full or over 2 to 6 equal payments. All clients enjoy a 5% discount when they pay my 3-month and 6-month packages in full.
  • How do I make payment to you?
My service model is very much like a membership subscription. I kindly request payment upfront before our scheduled sessions. Payments can be conveniently made using any major credit card or via etransfer if you live in Canada.
  • What happens if I don't complete my action steps or coaching 'homework'?
If you happen to miss completing a task, simply notice it. Feel free to bring it up during our session if you'd like further discussion or would like to explore it more. It's important not to be too hard on yourself or feel the need to justify or apologize to me. Remember, I'm here as your coach, not your teacher, therapist, or parent. My role is to support you in reaching your goals and empowering you to make the positive changes you're looking for in your life.
  • What if I want to email you in between sessions?
I welcome and encourage you to reach out to me between our scheduled appointments for any quick check-ins. I'm happy to offer this additional support. For more in-depth coaching topics, let's save those for our designated sessions where we can dive into them properly and give them the time they deserve. I always make it a priority to respond to all emails and texts promptly.
  • What happens if I miss a session?
If you will be more than ten minutes late, please call me and let me know you are running a bit behind. If you are more than 10 minutes late or miss an appointment without notice, you may need to forfeit the session, and you will be charged for that session. Rescheduling a late or missed session will be at my discretion.
