Are you struggling to stay organized, manage time effectively, or maintain focus on your goals? Executive Function Coaching can empower you to overcome obstacles, develop self-regulation and organization skills, planning, and prioritizing to thrive at school, work, and in daily life. As an Executive Function and ADHD Coach with over fourteen years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals, I understand the challenges that individuals with ADHD and other executive function difficulties face. I support you, or your child, to gain awareness of your own personal strengths and challenges with executive function and I help you discover and develop skills and strategies that are customized to your unique needs.  And, I do this with a deeply compassionate, inclusive and person-centered approach.

What are Executive Functions?

Executive functions are the cognitive processes that enable us to plan, prioritize, organize, manage time, regulate emotions, and execute tasks effectively. These skills are essential for success in school, work, and daily life.

Impaired executive functions can affect anyone, regardless of age or background, and can result from various factors ranging from neurodevelopmental conditions like ADHD to other conditions. Recognizing and addressing these challenges through targeted interventions such as executive function coaching or therapy can significantly improve quality of life and functional outcomes.

I am dedicated to helping individuals discover and uncover what they are truly capable of. With a background in education and extensive training in coaching people of all ages and abilities as well as mindfulness techniques, I bring empathy, expertise and a deep level of understanding, to every coaching session. 

Our Executive Function Coaching partnership follows a structured framework tailored to your unique needs and goals:

  1. Assessment and Goal Setting: In the initial session, we'll assess your strengths, challenges, and goals. Together, we'll define clear objectives to guide our coaching journey.

  2. Skill Development: Through personalized strategies and techniques, we'll work on developing and strengthening executive function skills such as organization, time management, and emotional regulation.

  3. Implementation and Practice: You'll have the opportunity to implement new strategies in real-world situations and receive feedback and support from your coach.

  4. Progress Monitoring and Adjustment: We'll regularly review your progress towards your goals and make any necessary adjustments to our coaching plan to ensure continued growth and success.

  5. Empowerment and Independence: Our ultimate goal is to equip you with the tools and skills you need to thrive independently beyond coaching sessions, empowering you to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

My unique approach to Executive Function coaching is centered around treating every client as a whole and unique person who is naturally, creative and resourceful.  As such, when I begin working with a client, we create a partnership where we work together to uncover and discover your strengths and challenges and help you define strategies that work for you that bring you closer to your goals.

Our sessions are structured yet flexible and allow for the client to explore their current situation and find solutions tailored to their unique needs.

  1. Setting the Objective: At the beginning of each session, the client sets the objective and we map out goals for the session.

  2. Self Inquiry: This is a time for us to explore and assess the client's current situation.

  3. Exploration:  Here is where the coach and client examine the situation a bit more closely and then brainstorm and define skills, strategies and tools available to them.

  4. Getting Unstuck: This is a time to close the gap between where the client is currently and where they want to be by identifying what is holding them back; the barriers that are standing in the way. From there, we brainstorm ways to overcome those barriers.

  5. Action Steps: This part of the session involves defining a step-by-step plan that is workable for the client and is individualized to their own unique needs.

  6. Accountability & Closing: Finally, we close out the session by exploring what supports the client needs and how they wish to be held accountable.




Private 1:1 Coaching

Our work begins with an in-depth exploration of your priorities and goals. This is an opportunity to get clear on which areas of your life you would like support, and how I can best provide that support. Based on our initial conversation, we craft a detailed plan to help you meet your goals.


Private coaching is a delicate balance of your long-term, overarching goals and short-term goals, so we will co-create a commitment statement to help you stay focused on the long term, with specific outcomes and weekly goals to help you stay focused on getting your work done in the short term.


Accountability is an important part of this process and the weekly goals and check-ins contribute to this important aspect of your process.

Our first meeting is 1.5 hrs each. After this, we meet for 1 hour per session. 

Sessions will be over Zoom.

Weekly Check-Ins

Every week (whether we meet weekly or bi-weekly), you will commit to writing a reflection in your personal online coaching log.  In this log, you will celebrate successes, share challenges, ask questions, and plan next steps. This will be a living, breathing document shared privately between you and your coach that helps you integrate valuable ideas and stay accountable.

Each week, I will read what you’ve written and respond with comments to support you. This ongoing dialogue helps to keep you aligned with your commitments and goals, and lets me know how I can support you best.


Discovery and Direction Session: Free! This is a chance for us to discuss what kind of support you are looking for. This is also a chance to understand more about what Executive Function coaching can provide for you.

Focus Booster Session:  1 session, 1.5 hrs: $175


Guided Growth Package: 4 sessions: $495. This includes one 1.5 hr session and 3 x 45-minute sessions to help you get clear on your goals; weekly check-ins, and unlimited email. You also have the option to meet weekly or bi-monthly.


Momentum Builder Package: 10 sessions: $1295. This includes one 1.5 hr session and 9 x 45-minute sessions to help you get clear on your goals; weekly check-ins, and unlimited email. You also have the option to meet weekly or bi-monthly. In this package we will have a mid-session review and an end-of session review to ensure you are meeting, or have met, your goals.
