In this foundational module, we focus on getting to know each other as a group and designing our group partnership. We will create community agreements and share our goals for our time together. We will discuss personal accountability frameworks and review the course roadmap together.
The ADHD/Emotion Connection
This module dives deep into how emotions are connected with ADHD. We will learn the 'whys' and 'hows' and will share our experiences with ADHD and emotions. We will learn how to map out our own individual emotional landscapes and start diving into what is holding us back.
