I DO

Your unique ADHD story has its own empowered solution.

And THIS is at the heart of what I do.   

I am an ADHD-informed life coach.  What this means is that I bring my advanced knowledge and experience of ADHD across the lifespan to the coaching table. I know what it's like to live with ADHD; I've studied ADHD extensively.  And, I truly believe that your ADHD story is completely unique to YOU!  Using the principles of Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), we will identify your heart's desires of how you want to be and show up in the world and from there we will help you create a compassionate and flexible approach to navigating difficult thoughts and feelings so that you can live the life you want to live. 

My job?  Well, my job is to meet you exactly where you are in your journey and partner with you to uncover and discover what your own ADHD story looks like for you using values as your North Star.  I help you start radically accepting and embracing the challenges that ADHD brings to your life so that you can thrive with ADHD. The ultimate goal, of course, is for you to experience profound growth, healing and a deep connection to yourself and the world around you.
