I'm Michelle. Former Educational Interventionist turned Professional ADHD Life Coach.
I help folks living with ADHD learn to achieve emotional freedom by fully embracing who they are, using their core values as guideposts in all that they do, think and feel. I help them take purposeful action steps towards a richer and more meaningful life.
My clients are deep feelers and often find themselves drowning in their intense emotions and reactions. They want to live a more emotionally balanced life that lets them do and achieve the things they want to do. They want to live their lives in alignment with exactly how they want to show up in the world.
THEY WANT TO STOP FEELING BROKEN. THEY WANT TO STOP FEELING OVERWHELMED. THEY WANT TO STOP LETTING THEIR EMOTIONS TAKE OVER THEIR WORLD.
